She does have an amazing voice...(Dolly) have you heard her remake of Stairway to Heaven? I thought that song was one of those that should never have been remade... I changed my mind when I heard her do it. Amazing!

Bingo! We have a winner! I have heard it and I agree wholeheartedly. And, using that as an example, I believe that "I Will Always Love You" should never have been re-made.

I agree whole heartedly... I never understood the need for the vocal gymnastics that has become so predominant in recent times... for me a beautiful melody sung in clear dulcet tones is greatly preferable.
