My favourite food is seafood. Otherwise artichokes, asparagus, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, dolmades and really, really strong and smelly cheeses.

I guess so Ali. The best ones are italians. Not the ones in the resturants, but the one's that they sell by weight ( al taglio ) that you find in the small bistro shops. If you get by any chance to go in Italy..try them

Wheat, vegetables, and something Mediterranean on a daily basis - I actually really like the stuff. Hummus with wheat bread / toast is an awesome snack, and the food generally sits very well on your stomach.
