Pro wrestling as a whole baffles me to the point that my brain locks up and leaves me staring at the wall drooling on my shirt. It is fake. The whole world knows its fake. Yet it makes hundreds of millions of dollars on product sales and pay per view events. It is staggering that people continue to fall into the trap. So I would say the biggest moment in pro wrestling is when everyone figured out it was a giant, fake scam and still continued to buy it.

The wrestling today is crap. The best wrestling was when I grew up and it was called Stampede Wrestling in Calgary Alberta. It was founded by Bret Hart's father Stu Hart. I remember Bret, Owen Hart, Davie Boy Smith, Bad News Allen, The British Bulldog, Dynamite Kid, Andre the Giant. Those were the days. Saw some pretty insane cage matches back then!
The WWF/Vince McMahon bought Stampede Wrestling for a short time and then sold it back to the family. Many of the stars of Stampede Wrestling went on to be huge stars in the WWF/E. Stu Hart trained many students in the "dungeon" of his house including Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho. The last person he trained was Tyson Kidd. The Hart family is a wrestling dynasty here.
I just cannot compare the wrestling back then to what it is now.

Wrestling, hmmm, definitely fake, I admire the acrobatics, pretty female wrestlers, and feats of strength. I don't look at it as wrestling, its entertainment. Sure got a big following, they must be doing something right
