I was talking about that to my mucker the other day (well it was about Euro 2016)... And we reckon it would be better if there was a two tier system so smaller countries have a chance..
Basically all the small countries play each other in groups and the winner of each group goes through to the finals.
If you look at the draw.. It doesn't make sense. It's not exactly fair. You could nearly name the top two in each group and the ones you can call it's a toss of a coin for 2nd or 3rd place..

You have a great idea, and you are right its not fair. The only thing we can do is try to do our best. And btw yes we always seem to lose but we do score sometimes

I don't think it's fair. They basically have a system in play for the champions league that gives smaller teams a chance. Once someone figures out how to make money from it, it'll happen..

They did and it goes back to what we talked about the other day and putting the smaller teams in their own groups. Look at the Gib score against Poland..
The whole system needs over hauled to give the minnows a chance.
