Well best thing would probably be to tell them depending on the circumstances or details involved in a particular situation. Easy for me to say tell them but the response might be difficult to take, but i guess then at least a person would know. Not knowing how they feel might just drive you mad pining away after them. If you know either way you can move on either with them or in life.

Life is unpredictable and to be totally in love with someone and not tell them seems like a waste of an opportunity to have an amazing life experience. However, you need to be ready to handle the fact they may not feel the same and life does not always have the happy ever after ending. But for me the never knowing and living in limbo is just as bad.
Though in saying that I won't even tell someone I fancy them unless they would tell me first

Glad you do. It was very hot and even as i put them in the water they started to get some color back. But there will be many more from those two Rose bushes.

I bought a packet of wildflower seeds last year from lidals 80 cent,...I couldn't believe that just weeks of planting them they started to shoot then flowerd from late may to October,...this year they have flourished more and there just beautiful,some have spread into the cracks between mu paving stones there the weeds were..and I was getting fed up of pulling out....my mother has beautiful rose in her garden too she has carpet roses,red roses,cream ones,the most beautiful I think is her yellow roses it has a beautiful scent,I'm going to find out its name and try get it,it's called something like jackel and Hyde il find out il ask her.

Sweeps - my humble opinion, you should have a vague idea of how the person feels about you if you are spending time with them. You'll know by the way they are around you, whether or not feelings are involved, and that should determine your full disclosure (not your clothes lol) or not.
You can enjoy someone's company without having anything deeper than affection for them, too. Love, however, is a whole different ball game, and you'll recognise it when you see it.
