I think Greek must be the easiest. Those Greek children speak it fluently from a young age... or maybe Greek children are just brighter.

Since you already know English, I'd suggest Portuguese (spoken in Brazil)of your listed languages. Finnish is only used by 5 million people!

There are different "groups" of languages and a language similar to your own is easier to learn.

Correct.
I would suggest Italian, wich is the most similar and is written as pronounced.
French and Portuguese have a more complex orthography and accents usage but they are spoken by more people and in less restricted areas.
