I think Greek must be the easiest. Those Greek children speak it fluently from a young age... or maybe Greek children are just brighter.

Since you already know English, I'd suggest Portuguese (spoken in Brazil)of your listed languages. Finnish is only used by 5 million people!

There are different "groups" of languages and a language similar to your own is easier to learn.

Correct.
I would suggest Italian, wich is the most similar and is written as pronounced.
French and Portuguese have a more complex orthography and accents usage but they are spoken by more people and in less restricted areas.

Shame that Esperanto is not on the list ... that is the easiest for sure. Regular word endings and pronunciation make it simple. Shame not many speak it.
