lifeisadream: The question comes from a Sci fiction movie called Divergent that takes place in the futuristic Chicago society and divide the society into 5 factions.
1. The Erudite faction is for the smartest and most logical-thinking people.
2. The Amity faction is meant for the kind and peaceful.
3. The Candor faction values honesty.
4. The most fearless go to the Dauntless faction.
They are brave and the protectors of the nation.
5. The Factionless, groups the homeless, the ones that do not fit in any of the above (according to the movie)
There is a central “government” that controls the population and they do give the people some substances to handle them more easily but some have a stronger will/mind and keep their conscience and oppose the domination.
Also something interesting in the film is the way to face fear.
Q.
Would you identify yourself mostly with any of the factions?
Are there any other factions that should be included?
(besides a mix of the factions, Earthian/Human…we all are.....)

I thought the point was Hunger Games meets Twilight for the teenage girl who can only express her essential self by rebelling against convictions of society and/or good sense(and by buying into a tired theme done to death along with legions of other lemmings with no sense of irony).

The girl, her boyfriend and others were “Divergent” and opposed the system of grouping people into factions and the central government.
Has the theme being done before?
