No, I like going out meeting people, let it be when catching up with friends, on a night out, through sports (some sports can be done in a social setting as in walking, horse riding playing soccer, basketball, volleyball etc.)
I don't believe in all that psychic stuff and think looking too hard won't work.
The less I look and just go out and enjoy myself, the more guys I get to talk to and socialise with.

Good response...thanks. I thought going bowling, joining a league might help my chances of finding someone nice, but it's a seniors league, women there are old enough to be my mother, or grandmother for example, there are no younger leagues for people in my age range...someone in their mid 50's or so would've been perfect...thanks for your response.

I agree with you 100%, the old fashioned way is the way to go, but if it isn't working, and it isn't I guess you roll the dice in here and take your chances....I don't flirt with women, sure I give them the eye, if I see something that I might be interested in, but so far it's hard to tell if they're about my age, or even available, my luck they have a boyfriend already or already taken.

Going out and socialising is to meet lots of different people and not just to meet the one.
Make new acquaintances, social contacts, someone might have a daughter, sister etc.
Best of luck and go out and have fun.
If what you're doing doesn't work, try something different. The side effect of meeting people just to socialise is that you get comfortable in social situations and that makes it easier to just talk to everyone – including someone you might fancy.
