I am awfully sorry to say, that you cannot assume that you have ownership rights over anyone... hair, hand, any part that is not willingly given, is the right of that person.. to refuse,
and if you are a gent, you don't pry to why.. People will only share what they feel comfortable with, and if in that point of time, comfortable for whatever reason is not to be breached.

Have you got, by any chance, one of those funny things, where you might have the need to touch someone's hair?If it is the case, invest on a natural hair wig, should solve the issue.

I have trouble having my hair touched. It causes me discomfort and sometimes pain.
The only money I spend on my hair is shampoo, conditioner and oils.
I can't say I'd take to someone who thought they had ownership over my hair.
I can't say I'm convinced that the OP gets so many private moments with women.
