Do you mean initial attaction or after you get to know them? It makes a difference (to some anyway).
At first look it would be smile, eyes, fit looking, then general manner (easy going, pleasant, not overbearing), then if he's a good laugh, then if he's a decent guy. Shouldn't take long to get to the personality but you can't judge personality on first glance. Natural stages. Don't rush me!

I picked a man's eyes are awesome but not just any man! Probably should have picked appealing to me, that would cover it better!
A man that is a good cook is definitely a bonus and I believe that men should be able to cook for themselves at least in this day and age. No more spoiling by their mammies!
