What I would like to see first in a foreign girl first is that she real then not a scammer or user of any sort, and also not a man with a stolen photo of a lady would help also
The internet has made it a smaller world to know people, not any easier to find someone from over seas if you are looking, maybe look for a lady from your own country

Gratitude and stability. In a foreign girl I'd be looking for a sense of duty to marriage and family which outranks the will-to-aimless-thrill.
Basically I'd be looking to bypass the western woman's maturity deficit and triviality. I want a good mother for my kids and that would be why I may choose a foreign girl although it's not essential for me to do this. I know that it's possible for a man like me to find an attractive western woman with the correct attitude and priorities. She'll be a millennial and so my chances are better as girls are bouncing back from the depths old generations divorce, depravity and mid-life crises. I'm optimistic that this century's girls fatigued by feminism are taking a long overdue turn for the better.

Opposite motive to the OP. I'll happily take on a poorer partner for a better mother/wife whereas you want a wealthier partner and if this means a worse mother/wife this won't make much of a difference because you've got the visa anyway.
