Yes she was perfect, just bad breath. I didn't give up on her, but persuaded her to see her doctor, He diagnosed a medical problem. She had treatment and we were together for seven years.:

Same thing about body odor. I knew someone at work who had terrible body odor. He sweat so much that his clothes were soaked. He showered everyday but still stunk. Finally a friend of his convinced him to go to the doctor. Turns his stomach was causing it.

Yes I have/had this experience. A woman I know who is college educated and very, very intelligent in every way, has absolutely rotten smelling breath. I have to believe that she is not aware of it--it just wouldn't make sense for her to not do something about it. (I mean it IS revoltingly nasty...). Our teeth, gums, bucculi, and tongue collect large amounts of debris. Not all is rinsed out unless the o*al cavity is thoroughly and meticulously cleaned. This takes an exactness that many people do not have or do not engage in. If the top teeth are brushed with a soft bristle, in a downward stroke, four or five times and then the lower teeth are brushed with a soft bristle in an upward stroke, four or five times, and the back molars are brushed in a round pattern, and the tongue is scraped (a small tea or sugar spoon works wonderfully well) until the saliva is clear, and the entire o*al cavity is rinsed with a follow-up top-shelf solution, such as Listerine, and then a thorough gargle (it should take as long as possible and you should feel it "burning"), then halitosis should be kept at bay. Incidentally--fresh mouthwash/rinse should ideally be used between the o*al rinse and the gargle, otherwise, you are gargling with muck.

As far as dating goes, I've had only one encounter with this but it was related to his drinking alcohol before our date. When he arrived, his breath smelled like a brewery and I simply couldn't go near him.
There was one male at my previous workplace who had terrible breath that was a combination of his eating garlic on a daily basis as well as food trapped between his teeth that's been there for lord knows how long. help

Aside from a possible medical condition that is causing bad breath, it's important to maintain proper o*al hygiene that goes beyond simply brushing the teeth. Flossing between the teeth to remove trapped food that brushing won't remove and scraping the tongue as well as brushing the roof of the mouth.

I would like to be able to say yes, but I'm afraid I couldn't.

I worked with a lovely man a few years ago, he was my boss and was very kind, and lovely to work with.
However, he had the most disgusting breath possible. I was so fond of him that I hated thinking anything bad about him, but I used to dread him coming close enough to smell it.
It was so densely bad, you could almost See it sigh

So, no is my short answer! laugh
