xxDandelionxx: Ardennaise Sauce.... with pork - YUMMM!!!
Mine's Hollandaise--and not just for Eggs Benedict. I also like curly fries with either Roquefort dressing or, believe it or not, Tartar sauce. Thousand Island dressing is great for French Fries, too. (There were semi-fast food restaurants in America for years called Arctic Circle, and they had the BEST fry sauce/Burger sauce, etc....I wonder whatever happened to those places??)

OgGoDeo: Ah All....is your cooking that awful that everything has to be smothered in ketchup before people can eat it?!!...
It doesn't look good but old habits die hard, even as recently as last week, after serving up some valentines treats for the BBC , a certain Nigella lawson wasn't economical with the red stuff on her fries.
