From my experience, those who insist are discriminated or object of prejudism are those who do it towards others the most... It's like the LGBT, they do any possible thing to show how different they are from us, and at the same time complain we don't accept them...
Couldn't agree more! And the liberal left Groups here are heavily supported by the Lgbt groups

Yep, intolerance to a democratically elected President
It speaks volumes about these groups and I'm glad the fliers are up to show them up For what they are
It totally amazed us. Four kids. One worked on a Kibbutz in Israel when he was 21. That was the first we ever heard about any sort of predudice from them. Us four sons and daughters had no idea. We all argued with them many times, but that was the way it was. End of story. I/we have always been appreciative of the fact that they never made it part of our upbringing. All 4 of us have no predudies
Strangely, My parents met in Germany before my birth, Feb 44. We immigrated to Australia in 55. when my younger brother wanted to volunteer for the 6/7? day war in Israel, they wouldn't accept him because he was not Jewish. Several years later he did work on a Kibbutz and met his Roman Catholic wife there. What I'm saying is, out parents never ever said anything about Jewish people until then, they were horrified. I totally am grateful for them never putting their racialisms onto to their 4 kids. I presume they never expected it to be an issue in Australia, which is where we came when I was 11

My growing up was in a peaceful town where global-national-state affairs where unknown or not included in our daily fives and my parents were always fair people with a warm heart.
i do remember having one or two rural women working for my Mother (house chores) but not because my parents could have afforded their help but because those women had asked for a place to stay and food for them and (some would have kids). They would also eat with us at our table which was not always the norm in other homes. Still, I do remember some of them with fond memories.
Recently, I was thinking of my desire to see people treated in a humane/fair way and that brought me to my early school years in a private Catholic school. In that school there were children from families of all economic classes and the teachers (mostly nuns) did favored the richer ones and treated some poor children bad. My parents were in the middle -not poor not rich- and no one teacher -nun or not- would do anything to me because I would ran to the principal office and tell her about it and the teachers knew it and I was always protecting my classmates as well. So, (in a way) I am who I am because of my attending a private Catholic school.
Having prejudices towards people because of their skin color, ethnic origen, religion, political preference, gender, nationality......no, I do not have them.
jac_the_gripper: I'd like to ammend my post above.
It worries me when people deny having prejudices, except when Sophia does.
I strongly suspect she's transcended to a higher level than the rest of us.
Hugs for our Soph.
Oh gosh My Beautiful Friend, Now in my late 50's I can say I am so happy to have been involved participated and the greatest, was being welcomed! Kapai!
There are many truths of many people that silences them. Yet when you a have a tribe, whanau, family behind you, you just have to know you are a part. It maybe 1 or many.
Because that's the way it is, no matter how far you wander from the path.
Just like a friend! Gather those childees love them.... share goodness! If you can spread the shield of whanau. If you cannot, gather the ones that care.
Prejudice was all around me what I was a child, my community was a different place back then.
I'm glad to say though its not like that anymore. It don't exist in the younger generation and even the older generation who held those beliefs has generally become a lot more accepting.

Probably, as my mother, being a proud English woman who landed on these shores in the early 60s, found this country backward and its inhabitants uncouth.
I was taught by my parents as a child and then honed my prejudice skills alone in a forest for 8 years before returning home as a grand master where I´m revered by all
