JessicaDallas: And what was the last movie you saw ?
Were you with company?
Did you bring your own food or bought expensive popcorn and coke ?
he last movie I saw in a theater was Starship Troopers. I went with my grand daughter. We brought our snacks AND bought popcorn (for her...I hate the smell of popcorn.) We did purchase a large Pepsi to share.

JessicaDallas: OMG!!! 20 years ago! That's a long time Sergey.
I meant to go myself soon but I feel kinda silly going on my own.
I use my Amazon Firestick...fully loaded, to watch movies that are sometimes still at the box office. Plus I can watch naked and drink beer instead of Pepsi

Many years ago, basic instinct part 2, with my friends son, maybe some lollies but I don't eat much lollies. It was crap, I was expecting more biscuit.
Last weekend with my son to see the new version of The Mummy with Tom Cruise and the usual un original 'special effects' We ate before going...it's cheaper to eat in a nice restaurant and much better than a 'choke 'n' Puke fast garbage diner...and a whole lot cheaper than any theatre foods or drinks. At least the water is still free, for now. The seats were new arm char types that belong in a large living room and recline...drop in a quarter and perhaps it'll vibrate The movie was a lot better than any juvenile Branden Fraser version. Story was a bit unusual in that the mummy was a female who had never become a mommy...lots of anger issues Sound was so loud, much dialogue was lost....really loud; if shown in a drive-in you'd have complaints from people in their homes 2 miles away.... Small popcorn is $6.00 and no small cokes, just large at $5.00 Many had their own snacks.
" Kissing and hugging ,in the back row of the balcony"
I think that song was aimed for a younger audience . Besides , I have a little more class & respect for my partner , than to smooch like a love-sick teenager in the back row of a cinema .

I'm so glad to hear that a time and place for everything
