You say that as though it's shameful to be seen on a dating site!
I would estimate that the majority of single people are on some sort of dating site.
It's the in thing nowadays, especially amongst the over 40s , who have busy lives, especially women , who are still raising offspring & don't have the time to go out as often.
Each to their own, I suppose .
