I'm kind of hoping / expecting both ... I;ve had some excellent role models of men and women who lived well and well into the high numbers!
Even now as I look across the street I see my neighbour a tall upright and unbowed by age gent who's closer to 96 than 95 backing the trailer into his drive after taking it filled with garden waste to the green tip!

I honestly do not think I would to prolong my life when the quality of life is gone.
But then, you see people fighting for life no matter how desperate their situation is.
So maybe quality is relative to circumstances too

I think circumstances change all the time and very quickly, so quality of life seems the best option to me, but if coffee was ever banned then I would wish for a shorter life.
