He said in one of his last posts that he had to go into hospital for tests, and he was very nervous about it

I think Lookin is still around because he posted a message in a Valentine's thread. I hope whatever procedure he had to go into hospital for went well and he's on the mend.

you could download Firefox browser lookin I've also downloaded Yandex, it is ok (Russian) however it seems to come up with some the same stuff Chrome is doing.

Aldi sell ($3.90) 6 peaces of Golden Crisp frozen fish, which i blow wave cook two bits of fish with Aldi (sky blue packet) frozen chips every day lookin.
Fresh veg and meat for dinner. You need to be very careful you don't get gut-leak, for two years i made Mutton Stew kept gut walls lined to protect the walls.
If you get the runs carefully work out what is causing it.
I now bake own bread as Gluten and Yeast caused problems, milk to for a while but over came that one.
Quite good drink to start the day, half teaspoon Baking Soda, teaspoon Honey and juice 1/4 Lemon, half cup hot water topped up with cold after honey melted, cleans the liver mate
