I know he was born in Canada. But as I understand it, he moved to the USA when very young. He is, surely, more Cuban than Canadian.

It doesn't matter when he moved here. He is a U.S. Citizen because his mother was a U.S. Citizen when he was born.The term Natural Born Citizen has yet to be defined.

His parents lived in Canada for years and he was born there. So he is not "Natural Born" American. He is "Natural Born" Canadian.
There is also a residency issue. There is a time unaccounted for, with his Kansas mother.
Also if you go my his mother's citizenship then you must also go but the father's, who is a Cuban national.

The whole idea of "Natural Born" is so that there is no question of loyalty

You are absolutely correct!I always thought one had to be a Natural Born Citizen. I had not heard the OR!
But when I searched it out, I read the OR a U.S. Citizen. Actually, I was Shocked!
That's not what I had previously heard or read, especially in all of the research I had done on Obama. We knew he was not a Natural Born Citizen but it appears he is a U.S. Citizen due to the citizenship of his white mother.

I think this Andrew Yang is the one to watch. He has something none of the other contenders have - charisma - and that should make him the breakout star of primary season. I don't see him winning the nomination (but then I didn't see Trump winning the nomination either).
