More than likely they ate something that was a bit 'off' for lunch ...
Happened to me and my lad on a coach trip ... of course neither he nor I were former double agents so we just puked into a paper bag for a few hours and got absolutely no press coverage at all!
But, the yanks have their hands up the asses of many Brit politicians and they control the noises that come out of their mouths!
Why, just recently Defence Secretary Gavin Wiliamson claimed that " Moscow could cause “thousands and thousands and thousands” of deaths in Britain with an attack that would cripple the UK's infrastructure and energy supply. In an interview with the Telegraph, Gavin Williamson said Russia has been researching the UK’s critical national infrastructure and how it connects to continental power supplies with a view to creating "panic" and "chaos". Delivering his assessment of the threat from what he calls an increasingly assertive Kremlin, he said it was willing to take action “that any other nation would see as completely unacceptable”. "
Seeing the energy crisis that the UK is facing due to horrible weather, The Demonic Mr Putin was seen to press home his advantage by sending tankers filled with supplies Russian Liquified Natural Gas to the UK.
I suppose anyone's sponge cakes or yorkshire puddings don;t rise properly (while using this gas) that too will be an attempt to destroy British Culture ?
Or, maybe a sinister sttempt to de-stabilise the UK - USA special relationship ?
That's the one where the US says JUMP and the Brits ask How HIGH Sir, before dropping their pants and bending over to be screwed from behind !

Having said that, and according to science, Britain is one of the few places on earth where its children are more likely to play fair instead of cheat. Russian behaviour which may seem shocking to a Briton could be second nature to most other foreigners.

Innit odd how no one has mentioned that VX (the alleged toxin) is a nerve gas developed by the UK, in the UK at Porton Down ?

But, tis is a funny old world is 'The World of Spying' and , after all the Skripal was a double agent ... maybe he was a double double agent so the Brits bumped him off and planned on blaming Russia?
But, Standard Operating Procedure in the spying world is for the assassin to be killed, and then the killer of the assassin also to be killed and perhaps one or two more times repeated ... those latter persons probably having no idea 'why' they were making the hit

They then lied to their own people and (esp) The USA went wild on 'reds under the bed' (McCarthy Witch Hunts)
But, you can see this in every day life too ... Sam tells lies about Boris and damages his character ... well, forever after that day Sam has to tell increasingly embellished lies in order to continue to keep Boris down in the minds of others !
