I’m thinking of buying a condo having 2200 sq feet of finished living space. Is that crazy too much space for one person?

If you can afford to hire a cleaner, go for it Gal. laugh I like lots of space but I'm not sure I'd want to maintain 2200 sq feet of it. laugh

That's a lot of space to heat and cool. Do you plan on having big parties?

That’s a beautiful home. There’s not a vacant lot though in central Ohio big enough to put that on. I’d hate to pay the property taxes on that monster.... but if you can afford the house .......wave

You’ve got a valid concern there about hvac operating cost, Miwagi ... it only has a few ceilings about 9 to 10 feet high though. wave

A good way of making a little extra cash, is to get a really big house and grow hydroponic marijuana in most of the rooms. If the place also has a decent shed, you could establish a meth lab.
