That’s a beautiful home. There’s not a vacant lot though in central Ohio big enough to put that on. I’d hate to pay the property taxes on that monster.... but if you can afford the house .......

You’ve got a valid concern there about hvac operating cost, Miwagi ... it only has a few ceilings about 9 to 10 feet high though.

A good way of making a little extra cash, is to get a really big house and grow hydroponic marijuana in most of the rooms. If the place also has a decent shed, you could establish a meth lab.
