I haven't watched television in quite awhile. But when i did i liked all of the above.Seinfeld,Leno....There are probably many more.
Amos and Andy were a bit before my time,Might trigger thoughts of vaudville for some though.

Have fun.

Peep Show is by a long way the funniest well observed comedy broadcast at the moment.

"The Young Ones" came to mind right away. I loved watching it on MTV in the early 80's.

grin

But of course.

What about Charlie Chaplin?

This place reminds me of silent movies at times.

I love stand-up and have several faves: George Carlin, Robin Williams, Bill Cosby...and sit-coms, I really miss the days of all of the good ones. Love Two and 1/2 Men, though, for today's.

Loved the Carol Burnett show, and all of the other comedy hours, too. I miss those.

thumbs up

Few Americans are familiar with the show called "The fall and rise of Reginald Perrin" I watched it all the time, I only wish I could better comprehend the heavy English accent esp when the dialogue was coming hard & fast.

I think the funniest movie I ever saw was 'The Party' with Peter Sellers. Runner ups would be 'Young Frankenstein' and 'History of the World Part 1'. Gosh they were funny!
