I choose "other", because I LIKE my "roasted" marshmallows to be the next thing to "liquid", but I prefer NOT to have them burnt, ot have to pull a "rind" off them. So NONE of your pictures looks like the way I prefer MY marshmallows! But doing it MY way, takes a lot more time. But, IF I'm roasting marshmallows, WHAT'S the hurry?
