The BEST president - of ALL time? My vote goes to a man that never got elected - Benjamin Franklin!But, of those that GOT elected, you failed to include him in your list of possibilities - Thomas Jefferson! One of the more thoughtful presidents, who made the statement that he thought we'd have a revolution every 20 year or so! And we're sorely in need of one, now! This country is NO LONGER a country OF the people, BY the people, and CERTAINLY NOT FOR the people!
