I was making a example, just saying
Interesting I came across a girl working in a shop who I think was interested in me but I think she would be only in her mid 20's if that and I don't think she realised I would be old enough to be her father and I do wonder what she think if she ever found out as I don't think she realises I am that much older than she is. She has now got a boyfriend who I hope is a better age for her than I would have been.
I have dated younger women than myself and found the parent of my partner placed a wedge very quickly between us. I was always pleasant and courteous but was fighting a losing battle. I never intended to fall for this lady but so many had issues with it. I was 45 she was 23. My partner after was 10 years younger and more problematic! Attraction is within you and tastes vary. But these people who think it is pervy and non PC have succeeded to a mindset that would rather exclude than be inclusive. When I was younger.....say 25.....I never really looked at ladies younger than probably 21...so that limit was fixed in my consciousness then. It hasn't changed. I still find younger women attractive but find older women also attractive! It's chemistry that supplies the spark!

It often takes an older guy to be able to cope with 'certain women' ... a woman who expects to be treated in a more mature manner, who appreciates chivalry (and sees herself as deserving of the positive attention) and she herself of course needs a degree of maturity herself to cope with the oft voiced opinions of those who can't mind their own business.
My in-laws have a 23 years age gap, my ex and I had a 3 years gap ... they are still together after 38 years while ex and self parted co after 23 years.
That longevity speaks volumes in my opinion.
One of my mates just now is past 73 and dating a lading 20 years his younger who never married or lasted long in a relationship either for that matter. He's widowed with 2 divorces ( after long marriages ) prior to that and they've been together now a little over 3 years and looking good for the future.
But it ain't workable for everyone and I;ve not seen a 'real life example' of older woman younger man work out with more than a 3 years age difference.

I see a lot of older men kept better than younger ones, healthier and fitter...
Not smoking and having a healthy diet is essential and more important than just building muscles for the show and stuffing your body with nicotine and crap food...
Plus what lies underneath is always winning at the end...
Good manners and gentlemanly behaviour will certainly be more attractive to any woman than a younger self centered stud...unless she is one of those "bad arseholes" lover...
Not smoking and having a healthy diet is essential and more important than just building muscles for the show and stuffing your body with nicotine and crap food...
