I am now reading about France and Germany's proposal to make those who don't accept migrants to give money for projects in Africa or pour money into the EU budget...
But at the same time they are looking for a mechanism which will not allow all the countries to choose payment...

The list of countries refusing to be a part of the disastrous UN Migration Pact continues to grow. The British government, however, will not be joining that list, despite the petition which flew to over 100,000 signatories in a matter of days.
The US, Poland, Australia, Hungary, and a plethora of others have refused to sign the Compact in Marrakech tomorrow. Australian Prime Minister describes:
“The Compact fails to adequately distinguish between people who enter Australia illegally and those who come to Australia the right way, particularly with respect to the provision of welfare and other benefits.
“This is inconsistent with the management of Australia’s strong and orderly migration program under the Liberal National Government.”
The British government have responded to the petition in clear support of it, not considering for one second that they are elected officials meant to carry out the wishes of the people who elected them.

And the bolsheviks and the stalinists both capitalised on the Russian monarchy not really being considered Russian by the peasants. It goes back centuries the nationalist idea that there are European outposts(such as st Petersburg)controlling the masses of Russia.
