Was walking in a park recently in Limerick city...that had workout machines at several stops along the way....hadn't seen that before thought it a great idea....
But I do love Art and history so museums are a must see too.
I assume this is a neighborhood or small community? Then a park. People need a place that that they can congregate and children need a place to play. And parks are almost always free.
If the community needs money and can attract tourists.. than a museum. If he can't attract tourists then it is a bad idea. Because locals are not going to want to pay over and over to see the same things. And they may not be able to afford admission for an entire family. And musuems won't make money off of kids or families to start with.

I'm also volunteering as a natureguard in the local area, telling people to get their damned dog on a leash, and don't ride with your motorbike through the forrests.

no, just ask them politely, sometimes we have to call the police, when they're throwing drugs-waste in the forrest, but I never saw that happen in my area, in the south of the country it happens often. And of course during the long dry season we have to warn people not to bbq or smoke in the forrest. One time I saw some youngsters building a big fire on the sand under the trees during the drought, so I forced them to leave after they put out the fire. And of course I also warned the police, cuz I didn't want to stay there on guard all evening.
We can't give penalties or arrest people, but to the young guys who are breaking the laws of the forrest I always say: I now know your face next time you've got to pay. They don't know I can't order them to pay anything, but it might help when they're thinking, they won't do it again.
Most of the time it's just telling people to put their dog on a leash.

Nope, I learned they got clothes lately, but I said I didn't want them. Most of the time I'm in the forrest, I'm on my e-bike, going to work or to visit my mother. There was a meeting about 2 weeks back where I could get the stuff, but I had a reunion because my former chessclub excisted 40 years, so I told the natureguards I couldn't come.
We dont get handcuffs, I think you might like them in bed.
