The creators of the public policies are responsible. It doesn't matter who they are or how educated or rich. If the policies fail (and they almost always do... ). Then.. GUILTY
People don't need to be dictated to, to live anyway. Politics, religion.. blah blah blah.. is to control the masses
LovingAAA: Do we have the right to punishment them?
Human right yes. Otherwise be a victim and a doormat.
LovingAAA: On the other hand, they always forgot to announce properly when it's fail what is going to be with them..
They don't forget. They assume everyone is stupid or not paying attention or doesn't want to start trouble or afraid. They count on that! And they are usually correct about that. People are "conditioned" to not react.
It’s a slippery issue for democracy. In a democracy you are in reality more responsible for what your leaders do however because you can protest what the government does the country is forever blameless.
A democratic government is in your name - compared to any other form of government it is - but the democratic right is to declare “not in my name” and the issue with democracy is who is responsible.
The asset of strongmen leaders and authoritarians is to dismiss this issue. Take the people out of the equation and implode indivualism through apathy so that in a very real way you’re not responsible for what the government does, not considering yourself responsible for what the government does is the dream of aging and inherited democracy.
I live in what I call anelective dictatorship. The governmant is right and will make decisions for you The peoples will comes second. For example Brexit, the people voted for out, some members of government, didn't like the democraticvote and want us to vote again until we get it right their way.

I disagree. I voted, but not for the ones ruling my country right now. I have to accept the vote of other people.
And we all know that leaders are lying like it was written in the bible (there are only lies in that stupid book), just before it's electiontime.
And most people, working hard all day haven't got the time to follow the politics as much as they would maybe like to, so they believe what the politicians are telling them.
And of course there are many things ruled by the government, so what is important for you. Sometimes I watch debates and then I think: okay, that man is right, but then he get an answer that makes the first speaker look like an idiot, and again I think, about the one with the answer: okay, he is also right. 2 correct answers on one question?
It's just difficult.
I've been in local politics for a while, we got about 200 pages each week to read. So then you start marking the things that you are concerned about. I bet politicians on national level got a whole lot more to read each week. Then go to meetings and all the other stuff they do.
So being a politician is hard working, but you can't have knowledge about everything.
I don't like our leaders, and I often disagree with their decisions, but what can I do?
And of course it's not only things on national level, also things on worldwide level. Like financial criseses worldwide. The last one started in the USA and the rest of the world was suffering for it.
Seems to be we really need to get rid of low qualification in practice of politicians no matter how much of their knowledge of education, right? If those politicians could not prove or produce a better policies to the majority of citizens to have a better standard life, why do they still deserve to manage the country or even be a part of politicians party?????????

In a democracy, executing Trump would be on the ballot too; and no electoral college could save him.
Your argument is the illusion they use to keep us compliant; but, when millions of votes can get overruled by 304 people who choose a dictator... the voters aren't responsible; and Trump is a "so called president." Not my president!
We don't elect our political leaders; because the people on the Republican and Democrat sides are selected for us (usually from a pool of relatives to the British Royal family). We don't choose who runs!
Would you rather get poked with a stick, in your left eye? or in your right eye? Isn't democracy!
The overwhelming majority will always choose not to get poked in either eye with a stick!
blame ? the blame lies on the voters , and the worst part of it is too many voters have the idea that "if he/she belong to my party , I have to vote for him/her". hog wash ! neither party has all the answers , but the problem is most voters do not study the candidates , they just listen to the garbage many candidates spew and most candidates fabricate stories (lies mostly ) in order to get the ignorant voters to vote for them personally rather than voting for the ones that are qualified . the American way should be vote for the qualified , not the party. studecar
