It is said watermelon juice is good for you if your a guy.

Carrot juice is good for women when you on menstruation While celery juice is for exercise and energy and hydration.

I think high protein does work but with exercise plan added

I particularly enjoyed watching, "The Man Show" documentary on the chocolate diet.

I have a nice juicer.

No diet works
Only lifestyle change and a regular healthy diet and exercise regime works
Diets work short term, but they are not sustainable long-term, and people end up putting on even more weight.
Yo-yo dieting is also bad for the body, and its organs
So, long-term lifestyle change is the only way to have long-term results.
