Trying to PREVENT the people FROM BECOMING TERRORIST by finding and SOLVING THE ROOTS OF PROBLEMS behind wait military can only be used when you have real leaders they have arsenal to star world world 3...or cause biological terror on many countries meaning surrounding nations.
Its foolish assume later. As person you can gather information, shed light on situation. But gather more information who is really rotten egg. Otherwise you have military going in swatting innocent person and be all over fake news:CNN another innocent person was killed by so and so we don't need the military being seed as bad guys...we need the military to make decisive decision...weighing the details and if good summary and good strike chances are it might one way to stop bad guy if you take him out on your own you end up killed by second command. its kind dominoes don't just take one out.
But we don't need place hatred for USA or UK for that matter or any of other Allies who get painted as rogues.
