It became legal on October 17th and i think its a great thing....now people can legally use it for medical issues or just because without having to go through all the red tape or get charged for having it....

Yeh, it should be legalised,it's..harmless in comparison to many many prescription drugs or off the shelf pharma drugs....
Re wanting to dumb down society.......they've that well and truly sorted out by now...via education... and now they've even managed to get the people to police each others thoughts....we can't even express an opinion any more without someone taking offence or blowing up half a city..it's mad....stupid word should be banned, as should all religons...cannabis is the least of this societies concerns...
And if cannabis is so dangerous then how come we have dormant THC receptors in our brains? We don't have receptors for paracetemol but yet that's legal..and has a side effects list as long as a persons arm..longer even....but yet everyone accepts paracetemols as being "safe"...no such list for cannabis...and believe you me they've tried...
