I would say that men overall are far more rational, than women and in far more control of our emotions, cause we think about what are going to say and far more likely to look for a solution to a problem
Most Women are very emotional creatures, put their feelings ahead of rational discussion and how many times have you seen women, manipulate with tears in her eyes and demanding, that a man listens to her
I would say, that in the matriarchal society, that we are living in, that emotional women have been listened to too much and this is a big reason for society being very toxic
Tantrums, tears, rage, anger, screaming are a big part of female nature and many have got their way for too long, by manipulating men...do you notice some similarities between women and children?
They want to be free to do what they want, but not take accountability for their wrong choices...now a child is too young to understand and still in the early stages of learning about responsibility, but adult women have no excuse for not being responsible
Abortions, Unwanted pregnancies, broken children and broken homes are the norm these days and this is why I talk about traditionalism, cause this is the only way society can survive

Seriously ... talking to Lee and mentioning 'REALITY'
Your time would, perhaps, be more profitably spent trying to milk a house brick !

Did you check my thread for spelling errors and mistakes

Lee, Why would you choose to mock my intellect? Most people show respect and honor another person's talents and skills that the individual has chosen to develop.
Would you expect me to ignore my area of expertise? Would you expect me to act ignorant of the purpose of a Public Forum?
Does not your expectations reveal your character?
"Adjust your expectations of what is possible." ~John Gray
I was hoping it would at least be a starting point for the poorly grounded opinion expressed by the OP.
You really are the consummate optimist eh reckon you;d have more hope if you started a commercial butterfly farm for meat production :-) :-) :-)
John Gray is a genius ... it's amazing though how many people mock his work, don't understand the simple elegance of the metaphor yet mindlessly blast his books !
The number of times I asked people 'Have you actually read the book yourself?' and they've had to admit NO ... unreal !
I met him a couple times in the states and attended his seminars ... he could have an audience on the edge of their seats with anticipation and in the next moment switch them between tears and howls of anguish and roars of laughter in the next!
HexagonKeySet: You really are the consummate optimist ...
Thanks, Hex!
My understanding of "equality" was changed as a result of Gray's work and speeches. I realized it is, first, acceptable to see differences and, second, to embrace those differences for what they are.
Today's definition of "equality" means turning a blind eye to differences and trying to believe that apples are equal to oranges. They aren't. Their differences make them unique and this is what needs to be celebrated.
Gray also helped me to understand what happens inside of a woman biologically when she is stressed and how to cope with it. I understand myself as a woman better now.
My hope is that others see the validity of his writings and then make changes in their own lives.
HexagonKeySet: ... but you can't just create a simple A or B poll ...
Hex, I have been thinking this over and discussing this fact with others. I want to make a thread... but know that it would tin-roof most...
Most arguments stem from people forcing a false dichotomy when classification by positive traits should be used.
To state that a third or fourth option should be included on the poll would only result in an outburst, I imagine. When the writer, and there are several on these forums, asks a yes/no, increase/decrease, up/down, etc... they will always find a point of contention when a comment says "grey" or "middle" or "neither".
In a world with reasoning people (not reasonable...), excuses for liking or not liking will be found. The dating world is a prominent example. The world is not black or white.
Now, Lee, let's get serious, I promise I won't cringe... I know we can be pretty annoying, say thousands words instead of few...and try to play clever, answering a question with another one... But sometimes women can be good at having a conversation and even make some sense... Saying that, I rarely would stand a all female company for long...
I would say that in general my decision-making process involves men more than women, but she gets the veto. Undo a decision or endure a decision, to negate action/experience in some way I'm looking at her to foil my own worst instinct - recklessness. To unmake up my mind is her.

for me it is about who is interesting, most people are not. Why is it you would think relationships are about arguing ? Men have as much fear as women and it comes out in different ways.
