myssmyss: I like spaghetti cooked al dente and a good al pesto sauce with lots of pimento, parmesan cheese, and enough olive oil making it creamy, but not dry.
! add just a touch of extra extra extra extra extra exta virgin olive oil to the boiling water to keep the spaghetti from sticking. wave

Everybody does, as it prevents the pasta from over boiling.

Happygolucky4u: It will not let me select more than one

So I will say yes. And I must take this moment to boast. I make the most awesome sauch In about 3rd grade a neighbor from Sicily use to let me help her make her sauce fresh from scratch. We would spend all day preparing it. She is long gone she was old then but her sauce still remains with me. Thank you Rosa xoxo may you RIP
yummmy
hmmm my paternal grandmother was from Palermo Sicily and she made spaghetti sauce definitely different from how family around amalfi amd guilianiva Italy made it.

You boil it in a big pot of water, with not a lot of water, and a bit of olive oil, with no lid on the pot, and it froths at first, but does not boil over. Even a vented cover, does not give it enough air.

I didn't know any option besides "bolognese" even existed.

I guess you live and learn.
