No...I think its something two people should discuss...I mean maybe you're two people who can agree to disagree with each other on differing opinions and beliefs.....maybe not...it will always depend on the two people involved....wave

The less said about it the better it’s one of the basic rules for not being a social leper. Yet 4 votes yes on the plague ship. Oh well.. Every moderate will be fine with every other moderate, no news is good news.

I actually voted yes. I am not a religious enthusiast. And have noticed (and in the last ten years must of read a thousand profiles blues ) most who say their religion then say in the tell me about your self part of the profile. How they feel about it. Either my religion means a lot to me, I believe but am not a church going son of a gun, I want someone who believes as I do. I put spiritual and for some reason you very seldom see this mentioned in ones profile dunno I don't elaborate either. The thing is usually most can get a long if they want to. I have a difficult time tho picturing myself with a religious enthusiast. Yet I was happily married for decades to an agnostic. He lived more of religiously moral life than most Christians. I am a believer but do not feel the need to make you one or do I like to be preached at. I do not believe in organized religion there fore I am more spiritual. So yes I like to be able to know a head to not open a can of worms if I don't have toogrin

IMHO - I don't deem religious important, despite being stated as agnostic on mine having been of that persuasion since the age of 12 - There is a difference between agnosticism & atheism. As to political belief - Mine is simple & based on Life & UK politics. - There are in round figures 650 MP's in the UK Parliament & just under 100 High Court Judges.-ALL less honest & trustworthy than a bucket of Slugs.

well, I want to know if she is a muslima or protestant, christian or what religion. Muslima's have no chance in my house, and I don't want to be forced to go to church regularly or want our children raised, indoctrinated by some kidraping priest.

I vote that should be up to the person concerned. Some may not want to discuss politics or religion in their profile. Others may want to be clear about their views to avoid unsuitable people from contacting them.

Be careful you don't get arrested. In New Zealand, people with shaven heads are being hassled by lefties, in the wake of the terror attack, even though they are not actually skinheads.

I think it's a good idea to narrow everyone's choices down to a few basic sterotypes; so that nobody gets to define themselves, before everybody has a chance to judge them...

NOT!

It's a subject that some people will demand everyone agrees with them on... no matter how fanatical their religious or non-religious beliefs are.

There's nothing you can say to stop them from inquiring or stalking you for the information.

Attempting to just stick everyone into a few boxes, is already a pretty big problem on earth...

The fact that so many people try to fit into boxes, is another one.

hummmmm .. that is a good question.

Like they MUST put on a Flying Spagetti Monster God magic tin foil hat as directed by their Guru Church Guy and they must give $1000 a month to ... to keep the Flame of Dharma burning for all the lost souls in Purgatory ... so they do not suffer in Ice Scream Hell, Says their Church Guy ... and they believer it.

They must do this .. like they must have a Teddy Bear all the time every where ... or a nicotine stick all the time every where (sex, bed, bathroom, dinner, etc) ... as the Magic God Hat is comforting to them .. and gives them a false sense of confidence and security. Just as the Teddy Bear or the Drug Stick does for other people

After all it is their money .. and they can do what they want with it. They would ask ME for money to save the souls in keeping the Flame Burning Bright .. and when I say no .. I am not a believer. They they get all huffy and butt hurt ... finding out they have to kick me to the curb .. and look for another person who wants to keep the Flame Burning Bright.

(They could be asking me money for more Teddy Bears or Drug Sticks BTW).

They were in it for Sex and Money of course ... pretending it was about love .. as they love the lost souls in Ice Sxream Hell and are only doing what their God Guru Guy tells them to do.

I am not out any money ... and I used safe sex ... as part of the enticement in their slick personal game of childish delusion. Lucky for me it was just a few dates ...

Just to be clear ... an .. illusion is a trick .. a slight of hand ... a con game.

A .... Delusion ... is thinking the trick is Real .. and the con game ... True.

Just like it is real and true that the lost souls in ice scream hell needs a burning flame of comfort so the flying spagetti monster god can find them .. and is not a delusion at all.

You love who you love until such time as they do not love you back .. as the deal is done.

Donald Trump has Three Wives .. from Three different Churches .. and it never bothered him on the face of it. He loves all of his wives and all of them love him right back .. I am sure of it. He has a couple of flames going on as well from all the different churches they go to. Seems to work out just fine. But he has a lot more money then I do to pay for that kind of life style.

Being a poor drummer boy born in a manger ... I just could not afford that.

It always seems to get back to sex and money for a lot of people ... even if beliefs and Gods (right one or wrong one) is the identified problem to be sorted out.

Still if their God and Beliefs insist that they cut my head off for blasphamy and heritic stuff ... then I would really have to say no up front. So ..all in all .. best to ask and check out to be sure it is just only money they are into. That life and death stuff is just a bit over the top I think.

Never see an Atheist stick a knife into a person yelling ... IN THE NAME OF NOTHING ... huh ?

Maybe .. it is important to have a God if you want to kill some one.

I just do not know what the answer is .. but you did ask a very profound question that made me think.

Skinhead definition is - a person whose hair is cut very short.
An odd definition from that dictionary.

Certainly, in this country at least, the term "skinhead" means a person who both has a shaven head, and adheres to skinhead culture (braces, Doc Marten boots etc) and who has a right-wing political orientation.

In this country we would never, ever, ever refer to someone as a "skinhead" just because they have a shaven head.
