YES...forgive yourself, learn from your mistakes and do it for yourself and your kids or future kids. Their respect is worth everything. You will respect yourself and be a better, more mature parent. If you don't have kids, do it just for you. When you respect yourself you are a more balanced person and in the long run a better partner. Yes!

Yes! if a person has a bad feeling when they have done a wrong thing....there is tension. If a person does things they do not want others to know they did....there is tension. When a person is judged by another...there is tension.

If you do the right thing there is no tension and you feel at ease and good.

Say that as a kid you stole another kids bike...you feel dirty and are afraid it will be found out. You hide the bike and worry some one saw you steal it or hide it. You might worry and wonder if they will have your finger prints like you see on TV. it goes on and on for anyone who has a good spirit.

If you never stole...all of that never happens and your comfortable with life and yourself. The more you make yourself a better person the more you feel good.....even if wrongly accused about something, you spirit is free.

So be a better person, it has many rewards to your spirit beyond even that said here.

yes very much so my dear.in fact,i feel,thats how god controls change on earth.change happens in self rather than in others and when that happens ,mutation happens.we know it takes millions of years for jesus to bring about mutation.

I see a never ending path to improvement of myself. I may never total complete it. But I am on a path to do the things that feel right for me. I learn what I can and as much as I can that interest me.
It's a worthwhile journey. Like polishing a favorite antigue, it may never be worth anything but you enjoy it. So you keep it the best you can, by making it shiney at least to be it's best, and makes you proud just to see what you see in it.professor wine I am sorry to everyone, I am being weird again tonight.laugh
