Directed by Ralph Fiennes' THE WHITE CROW was inspired by the book "Rudolf Nureyev: The Life" by Julie Kavanaugh. The drama charts the iconic dancer's famed defection from the Soviet Union to the West in 1961, despite KGB efforts to stop him. I just had to read the reviews, you may want to too. For the most part, the consensus seems to be, "Like all art films, it is surreal and doesn't explain"
But I am still VERY curious what his early life was behind the iron curtain, as you are.

Thank the Lord I'm only influenced by a couple of planets and not stars 
Proxima Centauri is about 4.2 light-years from Earth and is the closest star other than our sun. I doubt anyone is enfluenced by it.
Alpha Centauri A and Alpha Centauri B, which form a binary pair, are an average of 4.3 light-years from Earth. Same, no influence.
Stars travel throughout the galaxy at exorbitant speeds. Our star, Sol, along with our solar system, travels at an average speed of 828,000 km/h within its trajectory around the galactic center so could the other stars appear to be "out of alignment" ? Maybe, maybe not... Depends on the seasons
When something doesn't go my way, I do not blame stars no one could reach within several lifetimes with the current technology. I do not blame God or the next-door neighbors either.
But, that's just me...

Maybe the stars have influence on the weather here, which I doubt. And then that weather might get on our minds.
I know the sun and the moon are of influence of the weather, but I don't think the stars, which are much further away have any influence.
