Many years ago I had a female friend who needed a place to stay because she lost her job after 25 years and a few months later her dad and her husband passed away. She went off the deep end. We had been been friends for 30 years so I couldn't turn my back on her.

We argued about the top 4 options you listed, chores and she started hanging with a rough crowd and was inviting them over to my house on a constant basis and until all hours of the night. She wasn't trying to recover from her unfortunate losses but instead went to being someone who I no longer knew. She needed therapy to grieve the loss of her husband and dad and try to find new employment. I gave her enough time to get professional help and when I realized I was only enabling her behaviour, I had her move out and it broke my heart to do so.

Oh wow! That is very kind of you to say. I appreciate that. I try to stay clear of political debate topics, one is because I don't debate very well and those threads can become ferocious, lol, and I get too pissed off. I never post on religion either.

But, I'm only human and when I have strong feelings on certain topics, I can't help but to go on the defense and I can get a little ugly sometimes, lol, and especially with certain posters. There is one person who I will not post on his/her threads because that person gets on my nerves, lol.
