I haven't had any of the above, I just drink A LOT of water, I sleep 8 hours a day and exercise regularly.
I will admit though, that once my hair starts getting grey, I will most likely color it. So far, I've been lucky at 49 but I give tribute to my genes. My mom didn't start getting grey she was in her early 60's.
