If this was just a dating site I would most likely removed my profile by now, but as it is more of a community site I have stayed on here for the blogs, chat and games.

I was talking by mail on this site with a girl who lived about 25 miles from me, but she wanted to know everything about me, and when I was asking about her life, she was holding back. Now I've blocked her. So sad, such a waste of time, while she was looking attractive on the pictures.

Not often but now and then I've had meaningful conversations with other members and have met one who I think will be a good friend offline. The forums are a source of entertainment and could be fun, I'm new to joining in, but I'm finding myself drawn to comment on some really negative and derogative ones..and I realise I'm going to have to try to just ignore them and only join in positive, happy and or interesting posts.

I think that's where the time-wasting is, I wonder why people cannot hold concentrate real converation and take it to a good level of friendship, at least. I stop responding when people are asking stupid questions. You can't know everything about someone's life in just a week behind the computer.
