Not as often as it used to.Now I listen to positive music and do my very best to read something positive.

I sleep like a baby every night unless someone dies. The truth is I get something out of being negative, my underlying sense is that it'll be fine. Nothing I do could ever possibly be as bad as the shaftings of fate I've been through before, and if fate shafts me again there really isn't anyone to be upset at.
