The Washington State Legislature passed SB 5001 in April, 2019. It is now legal for a deceased person's body to be composted and used as fertilizer. The corporation Recompose, having canvassed politicians hard in the state of Washington to get it passed, has been developing a “recomposition” method to compost bodies in about a month.
Humanity's future is artificially grown meat--no animal involved. The animal lovers will love that until they realize the implications: no animals except in zoos dwindling to none.
I will have to watch what I buy from the state of Wahington. I doubt there is any way to remove all the possible bugs involved in a dead body.
My cremation is already paid for. Sounds as if Recompose realized the money they were missing out on, and came up with an alternative to cremation.
I wonder if there is a charge for this process. I doubt it; as many people would accept a free way to dispose of one's remains, especially if there were no other family members or relatives, nothing to help pay for the final expenses, etc.

I didn't think of that. I actually feel faint. There is no emoji for that.
