I had to divide the subject sentence to figure out what you are asking.
In one sense it seems you are asking if I have self confidence since I retired.
The answer is yes I do but it has nothing to do with the fact that I am retired.
The second part of your question seems to be do I have self confidence when I travel.
I don't travel so it's of no concern to me. Even if I was healthy I don't have an interest in traveling.

A cane or walker to help stabilize your unsteady gait
A bottle of motion-sickness pills
Make sure your medical insurance is up-to-date
That should cover nearly everything, BUT..............in case the aformentioned suggestions prove to be insufficient, make sure that you carry the correct information on where to ship the body.

Omg... You reminded me of something... When I was like ten years old, one of my Dad's employees taught me how to blow bubbles... Man, I became a pro... And then I learned how to blow one inside the previous one... Jajajajajajajajajajaja... I don't think I have a favorite brand, but... You know what I adore, since I was a child?... Those red gumball machines?... Omg... I would have one at home, just as a decoration... And another thing I would love to have is a cool jukebox with lots of lights... I have a friend who I used to go camping with him and his family many years ago....but anyway, in his home , he had a jukebox- style record player..........I don't remember whether it played the 45's or the 78's, but I always thought it was cool that they had it. Haven't been out to see them for quite some time, and I need to do that. He had a stroke, and it affected him somewhat. He made some of the BEST CHILI I have ever eaten. They were great people to have as friends...................and unfortunately, as time changes things, their kids became parents, and we kinda grew apart, as they became more involved as Grandparents, and quit camping as much as they once did. Life happens..................

I really doubt that they do any camping now, especially after Terry had his stroke. One time I had cut-up a trailer load of firewood for our campfire, and I think we burned the entire load of it over a weekend. We enjoyed just sitting around the campfire at night , just enjoying the warmth of the fire, and talking. AAAHHH ....those were " the good 'ol days !!! "

Well... I think you have nothing to lose just by asking... If they don't go camping anymore maybe they have a backyard and you can pretend it's the woods or something!... Jajajajajajajajjajaja... Yeah, Terry was always pretty much into sports, and I have a book or two that I think he would enjoy having, if not for himself, maybe for his sons. I always hate to go visit people when the weather is bad, coz I don't wanta track up their carpet, etc. So perhaps I can kinda get things here straightened up, and drop in on them next Spring. Their oldest son LOVED tomatoes, so I stopped by a couple of times with a bag-full. One time, no one was home, so I just left it hanging on the door knob. It depends where you are going to and for what reasons.
I've been in the UK and Scottland many times, love it over there and maybe in 2021 I will go there again. Never been in Wales, was planning it for this winter time, but it isn't worth it, having only 2 or 3 days time.
Also been in Czech republic, well that part of Europe isn't my thing.
Love Vietnam, been there and going back this summer, for 2 months.
But, you'll never see me in a muslims country. I wouldn't feel safe there.

2) There are so many people in this world, the web, this site spending so much time and energy spreading jealousy, envy, bitterness, bad vibes, that I love to counteract their toxic actions spreading happiness,love, fun, laughter, good vibes... Somebody messaged me here and told me they loved me on CS because I had a bubbly personality and I was so much fun to be around... And I can't be more proud but also more grateful to make anyone have that opinion and thoughts about me... I am what you all see and read... And that won't change anytime soon and because of anyone...
