The cholesterol is in the yellow. When I have eggs I have two whites and one yellow. That's how I cut down on cholesterol in eggs for that meal.------ This poll is Archived ------

I love eggs and I was hoping you weren't going to say I shouldn't have any eggs. I'm going to try to make a poached egg so I can scoop up the yellow with toast :yellow: It's tricky to make sure I don't overcook it.Eggs have protein and iron. I have problems with iron but when I'm hungry in the middle of the day I'll eat an egg.
