We have been off topic for the last two hours... Jajajajajajajaj... María Lionza is a goddess and her followers practice some pagan rituals at the Sorte mountain... To me, they are just a bunch of lunatics that use her as a pretext to get drunk and do crazy stuff... I am definitely not a fan of hers...Can you tell me anything related to the cult of Maria Lionza if you know anything?
Interesting, something here related to her happened in a location close to me simply by coincidence and doing some research... you're definitely right about using the word lunatics. So is this Voodoo culture prominent in Venezuela because it states close to 60% of the population have been part of her rituals in some way or another after it started in the Sorte mountains in the early 1920s and migrated to the bigger cities? Are there any crimes attached to her group?

Well... I am sure there have to be some... Considering how crazy the lunatics that follow that kind of stuff, are...They are like a bunch of drunks that supposedly go to this mountain and perform activities, like rituals... But, I have to tell you... I must belong to the remaining 40% because I have NEVER met anyone (In my whole life) related or that practiced any rituals that had to do with "María Lionza"... The closest I have been to her, was a statue I saw in a "plaza" in Caracas...

I was only listening to his dolphins song the other day...I'm not sure if I'm mixing him up with someone else, but I think Tom Dunne (radio programme here in Ireland) was telling the story of what a cold cruel man he was...it kinda takes the beauty out of his voice for me...to know how badly he treated his own family..
