LeeCharming: Do some women fear...walking out into the world...in their natural form...without the fakery and deception? are they afraid of the way they look? How can they judge a man's appearance...if they cover their true appearance?
I'm not sure how any woman can answer that question given that it's a man on a dating site WITHOUT A PHOTO who is asking it. How can they judge a man's appearance who doesn't have a photo? Must be be supper difficult!!

I've never tried fake nails. I have natural long nails (not too long, some middle length). If I use nail polish, it's mostly some shade or soft pink.

I like fake nails on a woman, it tells me she takes the time to take good care of herself.
If she takes the time and money to care for her hands she must take the time and money to care for the rest of her body
and that's always a plus.
Also, a lot of women have weak nails and they use fake nails to protect their real nails.
Other women have tendency to bite their nails so they put fake ones on to break from the habit.

In the same way you think I should say "in my opinion" and not make it sound like a universal statement of womanhood, that is exactly what you should do also each time you write your opinion about women and your perception of what they do and why.
You must agree that it can't just be others who qualify their statements with "in my opinion" but that it applies to you as well...
You know how you don't have a photo on your profile because you don't have to, well women make their choices because they can and they do.
Some people might read into it that you are in fear of posting a photo irrespective of your personal reasons . You could also be deceptive, after all you could be anybody hiding behind that blank face. You could even be a woman posing as a man.
See, anyone can make assumptions about others and what urges them to not unveil who they truly are, either through make up, or whatever alters one's appearance or by hiding one's face completely
