Dedovix: OFFICIAL "PFIZER" CONFIRMED!
"OUR VACCINES ARE NOT APPROVED OR LICENSED"
Tru that, it only has emergency authorization, so anyone getting it should consider themselves part of a government experiment.. None of those jabs have FDA approval..

The government usually pays volunteers to be experimented on, after they have completed tests on animals first...

Don't shoot the messenger, just google it for yourselves..

Oh, and less than a half of a half percent mortality rate, does not justify calling corona a pandemic.. JS..

Fact-checking
False claims tie patents to COVID-19 vaccines
By BEATRICE DUPUY
July 13, 2021
CLAIM: People who received COVID-19 vaccines are now legally patented and no longer have human rights. This is because a 2013 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in the case of Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, Inc. said that if a human genome is modified by mRNA vaccines then the genome can be patented.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The posts misrepresent the court ruling. Humans cannot be patented, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or unvaccinated. COVID-19 vaccines do not alter people’s DNA.

THE FACTS: An Instagram post circulating online falsely claims that mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 alter DNA, allowing humans to be patented and have their rights taken away.

But COVID-19 vaccines, including those made by Pfizer and Moderna that rely on mRNA technology, do not change a person’s genetic makeup.

The false post cites the 2013 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, Inc. to back up its claim, but the ruling makes no mention of mRNA vaccines. Nor does the ruling say vaccinated humans can be patented.

In fact, it has been a longstanding rule that anything found in nature, including people, cannot be patented, said Lara Cartwright-Smith, associate professor in the department of health policy and management at George Washington University.

The case before the Supreme Court looked at whether Myriad Genetics, Inc. could patent the sequences of gene mutations that can lead to breast cancer. The company’s test created cDNA, which is a clone or copy of the DNA, to test for the mutations.

The Supreme Court ruled that the company could patent synthetically created cDNA because it was not natural, but could not patent the isolated human genes.

“Natural DNA is not patentable,” said Cartwright-Smith. “The copy that they made is patentable.”

Cartwright-Smith said the post online that cites the court ruling is nonsensical.

“The conclusion that it would somehow affect the status of the person is also completely false,” she said.

irish78eyes: The mRNA is a single stranded copy of a small part of the DNA, which is often released to send instructions to other parts of the cell.

So basically it teaches, trains the body to make antibodies that we NEVER had against Covid19

Absolutely changes JMO.
Nope, that doesn't explain how it "absolutely changes" our DNA forever.. maybe have another go laugh

I didn't speak of DNA in my post, just the fact that the jabs aren't FDA approved.. Calling them emergency authorized is misleading, and shouldn't be allowed..

Youcannow: Why would I have an antibody test when it was proven by my test results that I was positive with the virus ?
People have this perception that having been double jabbed , they can resume their normal lives , when in fact , nobody knows for how long the immunity will last .
Devo touched on the point that no COVID vaccine has been approved by any food and drug company, Pfizer included ..
So those jumping for joy thinking that the vaccine is their salvation, think again when the flu season is soon us .
Being tested positive for a virus doesn't necessarily mean you will have developed the antibodies. There are some that don't. There are rarely any absolutes when it comes to how each individual's body will respond to things and this is no different. And that was shown in testing that was done (last year I think) so even that could have changed by now...

"No vaccine has been approved by any food and drug company"?? Eh???

The Pfizer vaccine has been approved, in the UK anyway. It's the US' FDA that still hasn't approved it, but why would someone in Serbia? be using that as a reason to say it hasn't been approved anywhere else?? It's bonkers the way some people will use whatever they can to prove a (wrong) point....

I will say that I don't agree with Facebook censorship.. All they are doing is trying to silence any opposition.. Our Biden regime is trying to jump into bed with Facebook too.. It's looking more like China, and Cuba here in the States, everyday... SMH...

@ Dedovix

What a load of total and utter rubbish. Even if the patent office were to give a worldwide patent on something, there is absolutely no chance in hell that company could turn around and claim ownership of someone using their product. The product is what's patented ....not their eventual users....

And even if they did try, no patent will give any company or patent holder/s rights of ownership that could undermine the law of the land...A patent is only to stop copying and facilitate licenses...

jesus Dedovix, get a grip would ya....you don't have talk utter rubbish sometimes...

Those patents aretotally irrelevant. You were claiming the companies had ownership of the users once they had their vaccine. Again, that's total rubbish and wouldnt' stand up in any court anywhere.

I must be mad actually even replying to these nutters
sure,

The US Supreme Court has ruled that vaccinated people around the world are now "products", that is, patented goods and are no longer human under US law.
Through vaccination with modified DNA or RNA, a person ceases to be human and becomes the property of the patent holder of the mRNA vaccine. Their genome is no longer human but "trans-human", a category that does not exist in human rights.
The qualities of the natural man, as well as all the rights that derive from it, are lost. This applies to the whole world.

I quote

"the lab technician unquestionably creates something new when
cDNA is made. cDNA retains the naturally occurring
exons of DNA, but it is distinct from the DNA from which
it was derived. As a result, cDNA is not a “product of
nature” and is patent eligible under §101, except insofar
as very short series of DNA may have no intervening
introns to remove when creating cDNA. In that situation,
a short strand of cDNA may be indistinguishable from
natural DNA.9 "

..."Nor do we consider the patentability of DNA in which
the order of the naturally occurring nucleotides has been
altered. Scientific alteration of the genetic code presents a
different inquiry, and we express no opinion about the
application of §101 to such endeavors. We merely hold
that genes and the information they encode are not patent
eligible under §101 simply because they have been isolated
from the surrounding genetic material."...

It can treat mental illness, behavioral disorders, tetanus, blood disorders such as porphyria, and severe nausea and vomiting. It can also reduce anxiety before surgery.

Do you need a vaxx for a virus which is just a flu with a 99.997% survival rate? You are likely to survive the virus, you won't survive the vaxx. Do some research.
