Today I guy in a Tesla jumped out started filming me, he said he was gonna call the police on me
for reckless driving. I had to ask him nicely to reconsider while I also told him I can do without the lisence for a year but my job would have to be changed (courier). Now he dropped it
but the way he came at me with the cam in one hand held high, . . .
I think he was woke. Not very manly.

It would be more correct to say " I awoke" though
Awakened tends to be reserved for describing initial stirring of feelings/emotions/reactions etc..."seeing her smile awakened long dormant feelings in him"...
What's this "virtue signalling" phrase meant to mean now too? Crikey, at this rate everyone will be speaking english, but all their own makey uppy english... language skills are really going down the toilet since the advent of the internet..

And if and when I am a socialist it's in the manner of the T-34 tank. It might not be pretty but it gets results. It relates to the reason why we let government do the roads. There is no vibrant sales pitch because it's tarmac. Mundane concerns that have nothing to do with language and style, it should be boring in a good way that is substance over style.
