May be you're playing ignorant to what caused the 'diversity quotas' to be introduced in the first place? If all job interviews were conducted with integrity always I doubt 'diversity quotas' would have needed to be invented in the first place.
It's not really a 'war on white men' ... it's an effort to bring diversity to work places where it wasn't happening naturally because of 'white man privilege'.
It's a pity that like with many things managed by humans the pendulums swings the other way to the extend that what was created to bring balance turns into 'them and us' once again ...

anyways, i noticed more than half the cover models were women of color. i also noticed a few months featured chunky cover models.

I didnt say or imply they were. I was replying to Lee's post pointing out that my reply was mature and on topic but he chose not to respond. It had absolutely nothing to do with other posts on this thread.
I still think Lee should address his serious issues. That way he can he can reforge the distorted framewok of his perceptions and thinking.

LeeCharming: In world war 1 and 2....The over representation of men on the battlefields and in filthyrat ridden... trenches was happening...so many many men made the sacrifice...but then you get these women...who say...women need men...like a fish needs a bicycle
War isn't a good example of what women need men for. Even if a fight is sometimes what it takes to clear the air. Women need men so that they don't die of anxiety.

You nailed it, and it is getting worse. And then we complain what happening to our economy have own experience related to a topic but can't tell the story. I have to be politically correct
