I recently did a kind act for another on CS and thought this subject would interesting to discuss.

What kind act did you do recently for another?
Did they show gratitude?
How does it make you feel...when you do a kind act for another?
Have a little think about the questions...before you answer and rememberthe answers could reflect on the type of person you arewow

When giving with your one hand don't let the other hand know.

Looks like the Bible recommend not expecting anything back.

No. I think dinky divers should take the back of the queue and wait their turn.

Imagine if I flew into Heathrow and expected/demanded special rights with a visa.

No, the BS is unpalpable.

"Kind act"???? No, starting to get a tad pissed off with our "kind acts" and others taking advantage of our generous forgiving behaviour.

The west is falling on it's knees. I for one can't wait to emigrate to the middle east, asia etc etc and burn flags whilst pretending that all's good in the hood sucking the life blood out of fair play and decency let alone democracy.

What happens to me, A LOT, is that people do important and incredibly nice things for me, and when I thank them, they start reminding me of things that I did for them and they never forgot... I don't know why, but I never forget what people do for me but always forget what I do for others... And to be honest, I love it to be that way... I don't know if kindness deserves gratitude, but one thing I know is that everything we put out or send to the Universe, we receive back multiplied... bouquet

Without trying to sound conspiricy etc.

I think you're right on the money Grandie sausage sizzle. I think the UN thrives on problems, without problems the UN would be redundant

No thanks necessary more of a bonus. But it depends how kind. The trivial acts of kindness are one thing but I'd have to say something about taking a bullet for me. I owe you one

Hmmm…good thought for the day. I don’t believe doing the right thing deserves special treatment. People should be doing the right thing without expecting to be applauded or “rewarded”. It’s like the employee who thinks because she or he shows up to work they’re great. You’re supposed to show up.

Kindness is like speaking on the podium of truth at the all encompassing UN virtual signallers.

Getting payed whilst speaking crap as the little man pays tax.

"Kind".......

Jacinda Adhern is "Kind" but she's also a career politician.

I feel the chunder as I speak her name and the sweetcorn and carrots passing my cheeks. Vomit material

maybe best not to hide behind religion...cause politics tends to hijack religion and then kindness low on list of priorities...way under political agendas

an act of kindness...does not have to be sacrificing anything...but a simple gesture can make another happy and forget the bad in the world...just for a whilebeer

political agendas and kindness rarely go hand in hand...but most of the time political agendas are sinister and pose as being a kind act so idiots get on board with them...

I don't think mass immigration is a kind act at all and know it's a communist agenda..to flood countries and destabilise countries...so they can have their great reset...one world government..one world religion...communist dictatorship

But perhaps I should have been talking about just small acts of kindness...when i created the thread..instead of kindness in general beer

I can see you are not talking politics and you are genuine about kindness...but living in a communist country...must be very unpleasant for you and credit to you for having a positive outlook...cause I'm sure many would not...have the kindness in their heart...that you seem to havebouquet

when you say people should be doing the right thing...you must remember you can't make demands of another...cause that's not freedom of expression...if they are a bad apple...them karma should take care of them...in the end...beside doing the right thing is not the same as kindness...cause doing the right thing...won't always be the kind thing to dobeer

There's no one answer to that, Lee.

If a smarmy tw*t like you made a big show of chivalry, you might rate the act as a kind one, but I probably wouldn't. I'm not going to be grateful for being creeped out, or patronised and I likely wouldn't offer any respect.

If someone did something for me that I wanted to do myself, or was unnecessary, I wouldn't be greatful, but I'd maybe respect that person was trying to be kind, or helpful.

If someone was randomely kind, offered help, or responded to my requesting help, then yes, I'd be grateful for, and respectful of, the kindness.

Kindness can be tricky thing and we can get it wrong enough for the act not to be kind at all. Expecting gratitude, or respect may seriously compound the error.

The word kindness by its own definition is born from the heart. Whatever takes place during the exchange of kindness exists outside of further expectations of anything. It's a gift from the heart.

In our community we support one another with many acts of kindness in many different permutations where we each give or receive other's gifts of kindness. That's how we live. We very much perceive it as the 'pay it forward' 'system' where the receivers show their gratitude by 'doing a kindness to someone else in need' rather than the person who showed them the kindness...
heart beating

Compassion and kindness has never been more important than in these times of confusion and uncertainty for so many ...

I would think...kindness might be an alien concept for you jac and perhaps the hate in your communist black heart for straight white men...might be the reason.

Your hatred may overrule any ideas you might ever have...when it comes to showing any kindness of any kind...cause you are a political Marxist goon...who loves identity politics...the division of men ans women...your ideology specialises in division

unity is alien to youtransport

Ever heard the saying...I give as good as i get? Well jac...this is not the right thread to attempt to do a hit piece on me...cause for starters...the thread subject is alien to you and you lose credibility at the get gowink

Perhaps you fear this subject and want to try to discredit my kind intentions...cause it conflicts with your view of me...but your building of the strawman....won't do you any favourswave
